KTGR is highlighting an outstanding local high school athlete each week!
This week features Hickman junior golfer Aaron Hrdina, who won the Smith-Cotton 21 team tournament last Monday by shooting a 71. Aaron helped Hickman boys golf finish 5th in the tournament.
“Aaron is a young man who started playing competitive golf just over two years,” said Hickman golf coach David Johnson. “During his time here at Hickman he has worked hard to improve his game, is a student of the game who has the right temperament, skills that has brought him great success in golf. He was a 2025 All-District player and state qualifier. More importantly, Aaron is a quality young man. He’s a great teammate and one of the most coachable kids on the team.”
Hickman boys golf will next compete in the Columbia quad on Friday.
