KTGR Athlete Spotlight: Zaylee Rose

KTGR is highlighting an outstanding area high school athlete each week!

This week features Columbia Independent School’s Zaylee Rose. The junior is undefeated in #1 singles and #1 doubles as the team has an undefeated record on the year to this point. Rose recently won 8-0 in her singles match against Father Tolton’s #1 and also won the Lady Pirate Open this past weekend. “Zaylee is not only a stellar tennis player, but she is a great leader. She is kind, composed, and serves as an excellent role model for her teammates,” CIS tennis coach Laurel Owen said.
