KTGR and MU Health Care Sports Medicine are highlighting an outstanding local high school athlete each week!
This week features Rock Bridge junior quarterback Sean Nevills Jr. Last week in the Bruins’ Providence Bowl rivalry win against Hickman, Sean ran for 210 yards and two touchdowns and threw for 185 yards and two touchdowns. Rock Bridge won the game, 33-7.
“Sean absolutely makes us go. His had work this off season is evident in his growth as a passer (he is 2nd in the state in yards and 4th in TDs),” said Rock Bridge offensive coordinator and quarterback coach Alex Harrell. “His leadership is on display every night, and his ability to run makes him the most dangerous player on the field at any given moment.”
Rock Bridge is 6-2 on the season and will visit St. Mary’s this Friday.
