Women’s Indoor Track and Field Finishes Runner-Up at AMC Championships

Elsah, Ill. – The Columbia College women’s indoor track and field team produced a second-place finish in the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Championships Saturday with 174 points. The Cougars finished runner-up to William Woods (Mo.) who scored 193 points.
 
The Cougars claimed five first-place finishes in Khristen Bryant (Pole Vault – 3.81m), Lily Ashrafzadeh (Long Jump – 5.36m, 60-Meter Dash – 8.05, 200-Meter Dash – 26.89), and O’Donnell, Wright, Brinkmann, Homfeldt, Schultz (4000-Meter Distance Medley Relay – 13:26.86).
