Head Coach Damon Helgevold
“This was a tough tournament and I talked to the team about it going in. I mean we had #1, #6 and #12 in the power rankings there. Plus, the defending National champions were there as well, so it was loaded.”

“I was happy with how we battled on Saturday. It was such a roller coaster where we’d have a good set then kind of fall off a bit before getting back on the next set. So, I’m proud of the fight we showed then. Sunday was just a struggle. We couldn’t strike and when you can’t strike you have to spare and we struggled at time with spares all day during Baker. Have to be better with transition and we’ll get there.”

“Another solid weekend for us. Now we just have to focus on the little things that will make us even better.”
