Woehrle Breaks School Record, Take Six Top-Three Finishes

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Columbia College women’s track and field team competed at the Jim Green Invite over the weekend hosted by Illinois College.
 
Jeanette Woehrle overtook her previous Columbia College school record in shot put, recording a 12.74-meter throw while placing first in the event. Woehrle also added a second place finish in weight throw earning a 14.58-meter throw. 
 
In other action, Landry Johnson, Kierstin Maddox, Taylor Yoder, and Paige Thielen produced a first place finish in the 4000-meter distance medley relay.
