COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri baseball (24-17, 7-14 SEC) begins its week with a Tuesday night contest against Southeast Missouri (30-12, 13-5 OVC) at Taylor Stadium. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. on SEC Network +.

PITCHING PROBABLES
Mizzou sends left-hander Christian Wall to the hill on Tuesday night. Wall is 2-2 on the season with a 4.50 ERA in 20 innings of work.
SEMO will counter with righty Collin Wilma. Wilma is making his first appearance of the season after a Freshman All-OVC campaign was cut short by an injury in 2021.
SERIES BUSINESS
- Mizzou meets in-state foe SEMO for the 38th time on Tuesday night. The Tigers hold the all-time series lead, 23-14, over the Redhawks.
- The two squads have not met since 2019, a 21-6 Mizzou win. Prior to that, SEMO took the previous two meetings 8-5 and 6-5 in 2015 and 2017, respectively.
- The Tigers hold a 16-8 advantage when playing in Columbia.
LAST TIME OUT
- Missouri rallied from a Friday night loss to take the series over Mississippi State with a 19-8 win on Saturday and a 7-6 walk-off win on Sunday.
- The Tigers belted 10 homers in the three-game set to pile up 30 runs while hitting .339.
- Luke Mann and Ross Lovich each hit three homers with Lovich producing a team-leading six RBI on the weekend.
- Josh Day provided the walk-off shot on Sunday, taking a breaking ball out to right for an opposite field blast.
- The Tigers came from behind on both Saturday and Sunday, marking the ninth and 10th comeback wins of the season.
BBCOR BLAST BELONGS TO SUPER MANN
- Third baseman Luke Mann hit his team-leading 13th home run of the season over the weekend against Mississippi State.
- The 13 homers are the most by a Tiger in the BBCOR era (2011-present), surpassing Trey Harris’ 12 long balls in 2017.
- Mann’s 13 blasts are the most since Aaron Senne hit 16 in 2010.
- Mann homered in all three games of the series against Mississippi State.
- The lefty went long nine times over the month of April, tied for the most in the SEC.
- His 11 home runs in SEC games rank second in the league.
LOVICH LAUNCHPAD
- Prior to the weekend series with Mississippi State, Ross Lovich had hit two homers in 147 career at-bats.
- The sophomore outfielder launched a trio of homers over the first two games of the series to surpass his career total.
- Lovich’s two homer day on Saturday produced a career-high four RBI to help the Tigers even the series in a record-setting 19-8 win.
AUSTIN ON A ROLL
- Sophomore Trevor Austin has hit in 12-straight games for Mizzou, continuing a red-hot resurgence at the plate.
- Over the 12-game stretch, Austin is hitting a blistering .405 with eight RBI, four doubles and two homers.
- Austin has scored 11 runs during the streak, crossing home in eight different games.
- The left fielder has walked 10 times over the last 12 games and been hit twice while striking out just six times. His .527 OBP leads the club in the streak.
SCOUTING THE REDHAWKS
- SEMO enters the week at 30-12 overall and leading the OVC at 13-5 in conference play.
- The Redhawks have been prone to the dramatics of late, going to extra innings in four of their past seven games.
- Catcher Andrew Keck homered in all three games of SEMO’s series at Belmont over the weekend and hits a team-leading .368 with 52 RBI.
- Tyler Wilber leads the Redhawks with 55 RBI and 14 homers.
- On the mound, SEMO owns a 5.27 ERA on the season. Collin Wilma is making his first appearance of the season in the start.
