Swim and Dive Opens 2024 With Trip to No. 13/6 Louisville

Columbia, Mo. – The University of Missouri swimming and diving program kicks off the new year with a road trip to No. 13/6 Louisville on Friday, Jan. 5.

Action begins at 11 a.m. from inside the Ralph Wright Natatorium, where live results can be found via the Meet Mobile App.

In total, 44 athletes will make the trip to Louisville, Ky., including Collier Dyer, Catherine Rodocker and Kamryn Wong, the three divers who last represented the Tigers.

Mizzou will visit the Cardinals for the first time since Jan. 16, 2021, which resulted in a 199-109 result in favor of Louisville.

AT LOUISVILLE

  • Missouri and Louisville have met five times previously in a dual setting, each time resulting in a victory for the Cardinals.
  • The two programs first met on Nov. 14-15, 2008.

LAST TIME OUT: AT AUBURN DIVING INVITE

  • Five of the six individual events at the Auburn Diving Invite featured a top two finish by a Mizzou diver.
  • Collier Dyer highlighted the trip for the Tigers by adding another win to his catalog, posting a 348.85 in the three-meter. He also added silver medals in the one-meter (351.25) and the platform dive (345.23).
  • Kamryn Wong added a pair of podiums for MU, finishing second in the one-meter with a season-high 287.75, and the three-meter (312.55).
