COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri softball team revealed its complete 2024 schedule Thursday. The Tigers will host 15 games at Mizzou Softball Stadium this upcoming season, commencing its home and SEC slate against Auburn March 8-10.

The schedule features 55 total matchups, including meetings with seventeen 2023 NCAA Regional teams.

Missouri opens the 2024 campaign with four-straight tournaments including the season-opening NFCA Leadoff Classic Feb. 9-11 in Clearwater, Florida, and the Mary Nutter Classic in Palm Springs, California, the third week of the season (Feb. 22-24).

Mizzou will also head to Denton, Texas, to take part in the North Texas Tournament Feb. 16-18 and the Nebraska Tournament March 2-3 to complete non-conference tourney play.

At the North Texas Tournament, Mizzou will face South Dakota State, North Texas, and Texas A&M Commerce.

The Tigers then face Nebraska and Wichita State, two times each, at the Nebraska Tournament in Lincoln.

Mizzou also faces Kansas City (March 6), Illinois (March 13, doubleheader), Kansas (March 20) and Drake (April 10) in non-conference road midweeks, while hosting Southeast Missouri (April 3, doubleheader) and SIUE (April 17).

Mizzou also takes a non-conference east coast trip March 26-30 with contests against Fordham and Hofstra in Hempstead, New York, before facing George Mason in Fairfax, Virginia, and concluding the excursion against Villanova in Philadelphia.

Head coach Larissa Anderson and associate head coach Sara Marino both make their returns to Hofstra this season. Anderson coached the Pride for 17 seasons, including the final four (2015 to 2018) as the head coach. Marino, who hails from Philadelphia, also served as an assistant coach with Anderson at Hofstra from 2017-18 after playing for Anderson and the Pride from 2008-11.

Missouri’s 2024 schedule is also highlighted by 24 SEC games from March 8 through May 5. This includes eight three-game series, beginning with Mizzou’s home and conference opener against Auburn March 8-10.

Mizzou is also scheduled for home matchups against LSU (March 22-24), Florida (April 12-14) and Mississippi State (April 27-29) at Mizzou Softball Stadium.

The Tigers are also set to play in four SEC road series during the 2024 season. Mizzou will head to Knoxville, Tennessee, to face the Lady Vols March 16-18, along with road meetings with Arkansas (April 5-7) and Georgia (April 19-21).
