Sixteen Named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes

Kansas City, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Men’s and Women’s Soccer Scholar-Athletes on Monday. 
 
The 2022 list features 1,557 student-athletes that achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) at their institution. In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
 
Alec Murphy, Ethan Blake, Guy Baskerville, Jacob Groark, James McFarlane, Luke Hynes, Nedim Sarajilija, and Nick Grabner were each named Daktronics NAIA Men’s Scholar-Athlete’s.
 
Natalie Peng, Reese Hamilton, Claire Innes, Maddy Schrader, Greta Haarmann, Victoria Heus, Macie Lucas, and Ellie Hilton were each named Daktronics NAIA Women’s Scholar-Athlete’s.
