COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri swimming and diving team had six members earn 2022-23 All-Southeastern Conference honors, the league announced on Wednesday.

Graduate student Clement Secchi garnered first team honors while graduate student Jack Dahlgren and senior Ben Patton claimed second team honors. Malin Grosse, Kamryn Wong, and Jan Zubik were each named to the All-Freshman team.

Secchi claimed first team honors as the men’s 200 fly champion at February’s SEC Championships. The graduate student swam 1:41.07 in the final to claim the title.

Dahlgren and Patton earned spots on the second team thanks to top-three finishes at SECs. Dahlgren claimed a runner-up in the 200 free, to go along with a third-place showing in the 200 back, and Patton notched a third-place finish in the 200 IM.

The All-SEC first team consists of the top finisher in each event at the SEC Championships, and the second team consists of the second and third-place finishers in each event. The All-Freshman teams consist of any redshirt or true freshman who finished either in the top eight or was the highest scoring freshman of each event at the SEC Championships, excluding relay events.
