Reminder – CC Athletic Home Events Are Pet-Free

A reminder for all guests of Columbia College policy for home events, such as lacrosse and men’s and women’s soccer: 

In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, visitors to Columbia College athletic events with disabilities may use a dog that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. 

As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside any CC athletic events. Thank you for your help in making Cougar athletics events a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators!
