Wichita, Kan. – Tyler Parrott and Bryce Peltier have earned the KCAC Men’s Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from April 3-9 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by Equity Bank.
Offensive Player of the Week
Tyler Parrott – (RV) Columbia College

Parrott scored eight goals on the week, including the game-winner against William Penn. He also dished out five assists on the week, as the Cougars went 2-0.

Defensive Player of the Week
Bryce Peltier – (RV) Columbia College

Peltier was a defensive force for Columbia, as the Cougars picked up two wins this week. He picked up four saves in 30 minutes in a 20-2 win over Missouri Valley, and then had 17 saves in nearly 57 minutes as Columbia defeated William Penn 10-9. This is the second consecutive week in which Peltier has been named the KCAC Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week, and the third time overall this season that he has earned this award.
