NCAA Championships: Day Four

Arianna Fisher - TF - 2022 Outdoor Season

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Arianna Fisher and Mara Häusler both earned Second-Team All-America honors in the triple jump as University of Missouri track and field closed out action on the final day of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

Fisher saved her best leap for last, going 13.17m (43-02.50) with her third of three jumps in the event. She was two inches from placing in the final nine and moving on to the final, which was won by Florida’s Jasmine Moore (14.32m / 46-11.75).

Häusler also had her top mark of 12.94m (42-05.50) on her third effort, placing her 15th overall and securing second-team awards.

The Top-16 finishes by Fisher and Häusler ran Mizzou’s All-America tally at the meet to six with two, Georgi Nachev and Roberto Vilches, notching first-team accolades.
