The Missouri men’s and women’s basketball teams tip off their 2023-24 season in front of the historic Columns this Friday with the second-annual Mizzou Madness.

The Madness begins on Friday night at 9 p.m. on the Francis Quadrangle in front of the Columns and Jesse Hall. Both men’s and women’s basketball teams will be introduced and participate in interactive games with members of the audience. Additionally, the event features a live DJ, interactive games, food vendors and a laser show.

TIME
Fans are invited to start showing up at 8 p.m. at The Columns with the event scheduled to start at 9 p.m.

PARKING
First-come, first-serve parking is available at the parking garages around the Francis Quad with on-street parking also available throughout the downtown area.

COST
The season-opening event is free to attend and open to all students and fans.

GIVEAWAYS
The first 1,000 fans will receive a free t-shirt.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING
A kids zone – including a face painting and inflatables – and food trucks will also be featured at the event in the North Area of the quad.

MIZZOU WEEKEND
The weekend begins on Friday night when the Tigers volleyball team hosts Kentucky at 6:30 p.m. at Hearns Center. Following Mizzou Madness, the football team hosts No. 23 LSU on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the soccer program wrapping up the weekend at Walton Stadium on Sunday against No. 13 South Carolina at 3 p.m.

2023-24 SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets for the 2023-24 campaigns are on sale now for both Mizzou men’s and women’s basketball. Fans can lock in their seats at renovated Mizzou Arena by renewing their tickets through their Mizzou Tigers account, while new season tickets can be purchased by visiting ticketmaster.com/Mizzou or by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS.

Fans interested in learning more about available seats can also fill out an interest form.
