The Missouri men’s basketball team plays its final game of the 2022-23 season at Mizzou Arena, hosting Ole Miss on Senior Day. First tip on Saturday is set for 2:30 p.m. on SEC Network.

PROMOTIONS
• The season finale is a White Out after a vote on the team’s twitter account as fans are encouraged to wear white for the final home game.
• The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a free Truman bobblehead when they enter.
• Halftime will feature the annual Baby Race at Mizzou Arena.
• The Tigers are also hosting their annual Diaper Drive during Saturday’s game.

ABOUT THE TIGERS
• Mizzou owns a 22-8 record during the 2023-24 season with a 10-7 mark in SEC play.
• The Tigers have won their last three games with conference wins over Mississippi State and road games against Georgia and LSU.
• Senior Kobe Brown leads the Tigers with 15.9 points and 6.1 rebounds per game this season.
• D’Moi Hodge (14.3) and DeAndre Gholston (10.3) also score in double figures for the Tigers.
• Nick Honor leads MU with 2.9 assists per game.
• Mizzou ranks 22nd in the country with a scoring offense of 80.0, while allowing 74.7 points.

ABOUT THE REBELS
• Ole Miss owns an 11-19 record with a 3-14 mark in SEC play.
• The Rebels split a pair of games the past week with a win over LSU and a loss to Texas A&M.
• Matthew Murrell leads the Rebels with 15.0 points and 2.7 assists per game.
• Jaemyn Bakerfield is second with 10.7 points with Jayveous McKinnis leading Ole Miss with 5.9 boards per game.
• The Rebels are averaging 67.7 points per game, while allowing 68.9 on defense.

SERIES HISTORY
• Ole Miss holds a 15-7 edge over Mizzou.
• However, the Tigers have won their last four game over the Rebels – more victories than the first 18 meetings between the two schools.
• Mizzou posted an 89-77 victory at Ole Miss earlier in the year.
• The Tigers connected on 16 triples in the winning effort – its most ever in an SEC game.

SEC TOURNAMENT SEEDING
• With one game remaining in the regular season, the Tigers can finish anywhere from the third to seven seeds for the SEC Tournament.
• MU clinches a double bye to the SEC Quarterfinals with a win and either a Kentucky (at Arkansas) or Tennessee (at Auburn) loss. If all three results happen, Mizzou will finish as the No. 3 seed.
• The highest seed the Tigers have ever finished with was No. 5 in 2018.

SENIOR DAY
• The Tigers are set to honor nine student-athletes and one manager following the game during Senior Day.
• Kobe Brown, Noah Carter, Sean East II, DeAndre Gholston, Tre Gomillion, D’Moi Hodge, Nick Honor, Isiaih Mosley and Ben Sternberg plus student manager Scott Schwartz are all being honored as they complete their senior or graduate seasons.
• The nine players have combined to appear 842 career games with 9,191 points, 3,184 rebounds and 1,720 assists, while featuring five all-conference performers.

TOP MARKS IN 2022-23
• The Tigers are enjoying one of their best seasons in years during the 2022-23 campaign.
• With a 22-8 overall record, Missouri already has its most wins in a season since totaling 23 in 2013-14.
• With a win Saturday, Mizzou will match its best record in its history in SEC play at 11-7 (2012-13).
• It hasn’t come easy for the Tigers as the team’s five ranked wins are its most in the last 11 years.
• MU finished the non-conference campaign 12-1 – its best mark since also going 12-1 in 2013-14.
• Finally, the Tigers’ 15 wins at Mizzou Arena are tied for the 14th-most home wins this season and MU’s most since going 16-3 in 2013-14.

WE’RE GOING STREAKING!
• The Tigers are looking to end the regular season with momentum on Saturday.
• Mizzou is currently on a three-game winning streak and is aiming for its first four-game run in SEC play since the 2017-18 campaign.
• It’s all about momentum in March and a four-game winning streak to end the regular season would mark the MU’s longest since entering the 1994 Big Eight Tournament on a 14-game run.

BEST SINCE…
• More than just wins, the Tigers are also putting up some of their best statistics in years.
• Leading the way, Mizzou has posted its highest scoring offense (80.0) since 2011-12 (80.4).
• Overall, MU’s season averages in six stats are its highest in over 10 years; field goal percentage, 2-point percentage, assists, turnovers and steals.
