Men’s Indoor Track & Field Travels to Cape Girardeau

Cape Girardeau, Mo. – (Schedule | Heat Sheets) The 2022 portion of the schedule begins on Saturday for the Columbia College men’s indoor track & field team, as they travel to Cape Girardeau, Mo. to compete in the 2022 Redhawks Invite, hosted by Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO).
 
The Cougars have 27 entries in eight different events, including five athletes competing in the shot put and the weight throw.
 
Field events begin at 12:30 PM with the pole vault and conclude with the high jump at 3:30 PM. Running events start at 3:00 PM with the 55-meter hurdle prelim and end with the 4X400-meter relay at 5:40 PM.
 
CC will compete against athletes from SEMO, Central Baptist (Ark.), UT-Martin (Tenn.), Arkansas Baptist, and a number of unattached athletes.
