Men’s Indoor Track and Field Earn Fifth AMC Championship

Elsah, Ill. – The Columbia College men’s indoor track and field team came on top in the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Championships Saturday, taking home their fifth AMC Championship. The back-to-back champions scored 202.3 points, while runner-up Missouri Baptist produced 193 points.
 
The Cougars produced seven first-place finishes including Carter Brocato (600-Meter Run – 1:26.45), Gavin Frantz (Shot Put – 15.50, Weight Throw – 17.33), Grant Erisman (Long Jump – 6.41m, Triple Jump – 13.47), Jason Parker (High Jump – 1.94m), and Line, Giles, Tegeler, Giles, Fisher (4 x 800-Meter Relay – 9:43.40).
