Opening Tip:

  • The Cougars lead the all-time series, 9-6.
    • CBC has won the previous two matchups 
    • The last meeting was in the AMC Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship game where the Mustangs defeated the Cougars, 89-54 om Conway, Ark. 
    • CC is 5-1 at home against Central Baptist. 
  • CC and CBC are currently tied for third-place in the AMC standings with a 4-2 record. Missouri Baptist is first (7-0), while William Woods is second at 5-1. 
  • With a win, the Cougars would be over the .500 mark for the first time since Nov. 13, when they were 4-3. 
  • The Mustangs are 8-10 overall, but have lost two-straight (William Woods, 67-61 and Missouri Baptist, 71-63). 
  • Brevin Bremble (CBC) was named AMC Player of the Week last week after averaging 21.3 points per game abd shooting 54.3-percent from the field. He scored a career-high 31 points in the loss against Missouri Baptist. 
  • Tony Burks has scored at least 10-points in the last nine games. During that span, he has eclipsed the 20-point mark three times. 
  • Chima Oduocha leads the AMC in field goal percentage (60.0).

Tickets:

  • Ticketing in the Arena of Southwell Complex will be limited to one-third capacity in order to allow for more social distancing between stable groups.
  • Season ticket holders WILL NOT be affected, as their tickets are included in the new capacity limit.
  • Remaining single-game tickets will go on sale 48 hours prior to the start of a contest.
    • Students, Faculty, and Staff may claim tickets as normal (Sunday before the game) using their designated passcodes.
