Quick Notes:

  • The Cougars are coming off a 91-72 win against NCAA DIII Webster University on Saturday. CC is 5-6 on the season. 
  • Lyon is 2-6 under new head coach Rodney Mayes. The Scots have dropped three-straight. 
  • The Scots are led in scoring by Ben Keton (22.4), Grant Patterson (13.1) and Trenton Bell (11.4). 
  • Tony Burks leads CC in scoring at 16.6 points per game, while Chima Oduocha (14.7), Carson Parker (11.4) and Kemryn Jenkins (10.8) are averaging double figures.
  • John Paul Morgan (Lyon) leads the AMC in rebounds per game (9.6), while Oduocha (CC) is fifth at 7.9. 
  • Oduocha (Columbia) is shooting a team-best 63.6-percent from the field. The clip is good enough for second in the conference. 
  • The Cougars are averaging 82.3 points per game, only trailing Williams Baptist (83.7) in the AMC. 
  • Defensively, Lyon is allowing opponents to shoot an AMC worst 47.3-percent from the field and 40.4-percent from the 3-point line, the second-worst in the league. 
  • CC is third in the AMC allowing opponents to shoot just 41.5-percent from the field. 
  • The Cougars are the best free throw shooting team in the league at 76.0-percent. 
  • CC also leads the AMC with a 16.4 assists per game average.
