COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri men’s golfer Jack Lundin captured his third consecutive South Dakota Golf Association Amateur Championship with a 12-under-par 204 over the three-round event.

Lundin opened the SDGA Amateur with an even-par 72 on Friday before bolting up the leaderboard with an 8-under 64 in Saturday’s second round. The Tiger junior carded five birdies and a pair of eagles in the middle round to jump into the lead. Lundin sealed his home-state title with a 4-under 68 in the final round to win by two strokes.

As a sophomore last season at Mizzou, Lundin produced five top-10 finishes and ended the year with a 71.45 stroke average. Lundin was recently named a 2022 All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
