Howell Sets School Record, Earn Four First-Place Finishes

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Columbia College men’s track and field team took part in the Jim Green Invite hosted by Illinois College over the weekend.
 
Brenin Howell broke the Columbia College shot put record, throwing 15.60-meters while also placing first in the event. The Cougars produced three more first place finishes including Jason Parker in high jump (1.90-meters), Grant Erisman in long jump (6.52-meters), and Gavin Frantz in weight throw (17.25-meters).
