Noah Mitchell

Columbia, Mo. – Noah Mitchell has been elevated to assistant coach/director of operations University of Missouri Swim and Dive head coach Andrew Grevers announced on Wednesday.

Mitchell moves into his new position after spending the 2022-2023 season with the Tigers as a volunteer assistant coach. During this time he played a hand in the development of six All-SEC athletes as well as the seven Tigers who made NCAA National Championship appearances.

“Mizzou has provided me a home and a family” Mitchell said. “It is a place where I can both grow as a coach and a person. I will fight for every chance to support the staff and the athletes following the commitment they made for me during my stint as the volunteer coach. I look forward to all the fond memories I will make here with this team! MIZ!”

Prior to joining the team in 2022, Mitchell attended Albion College where he obtained degrees in both Mathematics and Physics and competed on the swim team.

Mitchell holds past experience in coaching and mentoring others, spending summers as a coach for a club team and as the head counselor for the Mizzou Swim Camp.
