COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri football’s spring game, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 18 at 11 a.m., will move indoors to Devine Pavilion and be closed to the public due to space limitations.

Saturday’s forecast is calling for morning lows in the 20’s, strong winds and a wind chill factor in the low teens. The decision to move practice inside was made in the best interest of fan and player safety and the need to maximize all 15 spring practice opportunities for team development.

Because of space limitations indoors, practice will only be open to parents, former players, recruits and media.

Friday and Saturday events with families of football student-athletes and Mizzou football alumni will still take place as scheduled. Public events surrounding the game will not be held.

The Tiger Team Store Tent Sale and a fan fest/autograph session will be rescheduled for later in the spring.

The Tigers will conclude their four-week spring practice schedule on March 23. Mizzou is slated to open the 2023 season on Saturday, Sept. 2 against South Dakota inside Faurot Field. Season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online or by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS
