Diving Team Concludes Auburn Diving Invite

AUBURN, Ala. – The University of Missouri diving team completed its four-day trip to the Auburn Diving Invite Wednesday. Five of the six individual events featured a Mizzou diver in the top two.

Collier Dyer highlighted the trip for the Tigers by adding another win to his catalog, this time in Tuesday’s three-meter competition, posting a 348.85. That was one of three podiums for the sophomore this week, which included silver medals in the one-meter (351.25) and the platform dive (345.23).

Kamryn Wong added a pair of podium finishes to MU’s repertoire. The invitational first event, Sunday’s one-meter, saw Wong finish second with a 287.75. The next morning, the sophomore again finished in the silver medal position, this time via a 312.55 in the three-meter.

NOTABLE RESULTS

  • Wong’s one-meter score of 287.75 was her season-high in the event.

UP NEXT

Mizzou Swim and Dive kicks off the new year with a road trip to ranked Louisville on Friday, Jan. 5. Action begins at 11 a.m. from inside the Ralph Wright Natatorium, where live results can be found via the Meet Mobile app.
