Cougars Win Again, Place Three in Top Four

Columbia, Mo. – The Columbia College women’s golf team hosted the CC Cougar Classic yesterday and today at the Columbia Country Club. The Cougars finished first place with a 641, marking the fourth consecutive tournament win for Columbia. 

Emily Strunck continues to play well as she finished first place in the individual standings. Strunck shot a 71 on day one that was followed with an 82 today, for an overall score of 153. Sydney Willingham (82-80) and Lillian Knipfel (84-78) both tied for third place with scores of 162. 

The Cougars finish their fall season in two weeks as they compete in the Road Runner Invitational in Sedalia, Missouri.
