Cougars Take Home Second-Straight AMC Indoor Track and Field Title

ELSAH, Ill. – The Columbia College men’s indoor track and field team took home their second-straight American Midwest Conference (AMC) Championship (sixth overall) Saturday, accumulating 247.50 points. Runner-up Missouri Baptist finished with 177 points.
 
The Cougars produced seven first-place finishes including Bernard Bailey (400 Meter Run – 51.58), Conner Diaz (600 Meter Run – 1:24.17), Elder,Giles ,Diaz,Bailey,Redda,Harvey,Curry,Carr (4×400 Meter Relay – 3:29.04, Diaz,Curry,Werth,Redda,Giles ,Brown,Knernschield,Tegeler (4×800 Meter Relay – 7:59.55), Jason Parker (High Jump – 1.90m), Brenin Howell (Shot Put – 15.71m), and Gavin Frantz (Weight Throw – 17.64m).
