Cougars Earn NABC Honors For Third-Straight Season

Kansas City, MO – The National Association of Basketball Coaches Association (NABC) has announced the 2021-2022 Honors Court recipients and the 2021-2022 Team Academic Excellence Awards. 

Three Cougars earned NABC Honors Court, which recognizes men’s collegiate student-athletes in all NCAA Divisions and the NAIA, who excelled in academics during the past season.

To be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must meet a high standard of academic criteria. The qualifications are as follows:

  • Academically a junior or senior, and a varsity player.
  • Cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2021-2022 academic year.
  • Students must have matriculated at least one year at their current institution.
  • Member of an NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA institution with an NABC membered coach.

NABC Honors Court Recipients:

  • Beau Washer – Accounting
  • Cameron Vanleer – Business Administration
  • Carson Parker – Business Administration
  • Noah Partick – Finance

The Cougars earned the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award for the third-straight season. This aware recognizes outstanding academic achievement by a team with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better for the 2021-22 season.
