Columbia, Mo. – The Columbia College baseball team dropped a mid-week game to No. 22 MidAmerica Nazarene at Battle High School in Columbia, Mo.
The Cougars are now 8-3, while the Pioneers improve to 8-3.

The Scoring:
- T1 (MANU) – The Pioneers scored twice in the first inning (CC 0, MANU 2)
- T2 (MANU) – A three-run second inning increased the lead to five (CC 0, MANU 5)
- T3 (MANU) – An RBI single capped off the scoring for the Pioneers (CC 0, MANU 6)
- T3 (CC) – The Cougars lone run came in the third inning on an RBI double by Indy Stanley (CC 1, MANU 6)
Inside the Box:
- The Cougar bullpen tossed 7.2 innings allowing seven hits, one run, and striking out eight.
