Jefferson City, Mo. – The Columbia College women’s outdoor track and field team competed in the Lincoln Blue Tiger Invite today, taking home five top-five finishes.
Madeline Burton compiled four of the top-five finishes, achieving first place in javelin with a throw of 40.26-meters, second-place finish in triple jump at 10.74-meters, fourth in the 4×400 meter relay alongside Ashrafzadeh, Schwartz, and Shultz, and a fifth-place result in long jump at 5.15-meters. Columbia’s Grace Brinkmann also competed in the 3000-meter run collecting a fourth place finish with a time of 11.25.29.
