OZARK, Mo. – The (RV) Columbia College baseball team took the field against Mission University (Mo.) in midweek action this afternoon, securing a 9-6 victory.

The Cougars improve to 12-8 on the season.

  • Braden DeSonia, Indy Stanley, and David Dell each recorded two hits
  • Produced a five-run fifth inning, beginning with a three-run home run from Cayden Nicoletto
  • Bailey Quint and Devyn Lopes recorded doubles
  • Columbia added 14 hits in the contest compared to Mission’s seven
  • Lane Feeler gets credit for the win in 2.0 innings pitched striking out three, while Kaleb Richards gets the save striking out one in 1.0 inning pitched

Columbia returns to action March 9-10 as they head to No.25-ranked Freed-Hardeman for a four-game series.
