Columbia, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference (AMC) has announced the 2023 2023 AMC Women’s Basketball All-Conference teams, season award winners, academic all-conference team, and the AMC Women’s Basketball Champions of Character Team. The Cougars had a strong showing with post-season recognition as they had multiple award winners, while also placing 14 on the All-Academic team.

First-year Head Coach James Arnold was voted as the AMC Coach of the Year after leading the Cougars to a 23-4 season, going 18-2 in conference play.
