Women’s Soccer Faces Missouri Baptist in AMC Semifinals

TICKET INFORMATION: 

• All fans MUST purchase/claim a ticket prior to entering the facility. 
• Passes and season tickets are NOT accepted for postseason events. 

Quick Notes:

• CC defeated the Spartans in the regular season, 5-1. 
• Jewel Morelan scored twice in the game, while Macie Lucas and Hannah Becker added a goal each.
• Columbia made the semifinals after knocking out No. 8-seed Central Baptist (Ark.) in the quarterfinals. 
• The Cougars have appeared in the last six AMC tournaments, winning all six.
• These two teams have met in the tournament championship game in each of the last two years. CC is 2-0 in those games outscoring the Spartans 3-0 in those games.
• CC is 4-1-1 against No. 4-seeds in the tournament and are 14-1-0 as the No. 1-seed, winning the last ten in a row. 
• The Spartans are 19-17-1 in the AMC tournament. 
• Missouri Baptist eliminated the No. 5-seeded Lyon Scots in the quarterfinals, 4-1. 
• Columbia and/or Missouri Baptist has appeared in the AMC Tournament Finals in each of the last nine years.
