COLUMBIA, Mo. – Senior running back Cody Schrader combined for 321 total yards of offense in leading the 14th-ranked Missouri football team to a convincing 36-7 win over No. 13 Tennessee in front of a sold-out crowd at Faurot Field on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Tigers improve to 8-2 overall and 4-2 in Southeastern Conference play, while the Volunteers drop to 7-3 overall and 3-3 versus league foes.

Schrader ran for a career-best 205 on 35 carries, while also adding a personal-high 116 yards receiving – 86 of which came after the catch. Overall, Schrader’s 321 total yards are the second-most in Mizzou history.

Defensively, Mizzou held the Volunteers to their fewest points in three seasons as the Tigers forced three turnovers on the day – including a Daylan Carnell pick-six in the fourth quarter to seal the victory.

The Tigers are back at Faurot Field in one week’s time, hosting Florida in the final home game of the 2023 campaign. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. and tickets are on sale now by clicking here.
