WBB To Play In Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri Women’s Basketball has accepted an invitation to play in the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship in Nassau, Bahamas, as jointly announced by the Baha Mar and bdG Sports on Thursday.

The Tigers are set travel to the Bahar Mar Resort for the three-day tournament beginning Monday, Nov. 21.

Mizzou will face off against Wake Forest at 5:30 p.m. on the event’s opening day and will follow up the contest with a matchup against Virginia Tech on Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 2:30 p.m.

The entirety of the Pink Flamingo Championship will be broadcast live on FloHoops.

Robin Pingeton’s team will be joined by five additional programs in the second-year tournament field. Utah, Alabama, Dayton, Ole Miss and defending SEC Tournament champion Kentucky round out the competitors.
