Mizzou Women’s Golf Gears Up for Fall Schedule

WGolf 2021-22 Fall Schedule

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Women’s Golf has finalized their 2021 fall slate and is preparing to kick-off the season in just over one week. After a shortened, all-SEC fall last year, the Tigers are back in action traveling across country for three events, in addition to hosting their own in Columbia. The veteran team led by head coach Stephanie Priesmeyer returns seven players as well as welcoming four new freshmen.

Traveling first to the lone-star state, the squad will compete in the Sam Golden Invitational. The two-day event is hosted by North Texas in Denton, Texas and runs from Sept. 13-14.

The Tigers then return home to their own turf at the end of September for their very own hosted event, The Johnie Imes Invitational. Played on their home course at the Club of Old Hawthorne from Sept. 27-29, the team looks to defend their title for the fifth consecutive time.

After a three-week hiatus, Mizzou heads back down to Texas to tee off in the Texas State-hosted Jim West Challenge. The tournament takes place in San Marcos, Texas and features 54-holes over the course of two days from Oct. 17-18.

Finally, the team wraps up their fall season at the annually held Mississippi State event, the Ally. The tournament showcases three days of golf in Starkville, MS. from Oct. 25-27.
