Mizzou Tennis Named ITA All-Academic Team, 10 Earn Scholar-Athlete Honors

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Tennis earned ITA All-Academic Team honors and 10 Tigers claimed Scholar-Athlete accolades, the ITA announced Monday.

Vivien Ábrahám, Melissa Cartis, Eleanor Fay, Gabrielle Goldin, Serena Nash, Marta Oliveira, Romary Cardenas Rifka, Kat Rosenberger, Elys Ventura and Ellie Wright all earned ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition, which is given to student-athletes with a GPA of 3.50 or better.

The 2020-21 season marked the sixth-straight year Mizzou earned All-Academic Team honors, which is awarded to any program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale). All varsity letter winners are factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year (fall 2020 and spring 2021).
