Men’s Cross Country Takes 3rd at AMC Championships

Columbia, Mo. – The Columbia College men’s cross country team placed third at the American Midwest Conference (AMC) on Friday afternoon. The race took place at Cosmo Park in Columbia, Mo.

Alexander Dukes won the individual leader for the third-straight year, becoming the first men’s runner to win three individual titles. Dukes earned a spot on the All-AMC team and AMC Runner of the Week. In addition, Dukes qualified for the NAIA Men’s Cross Country National Championships in Washington.

Jerod Rottinghaus joined Dukes on the All-AMC team with a 10th-place finish with a time of 27:35.46.
