St. Louis, Mo. – The Columbia College softball team played in their first away conference contests of the season this afternoon against Missouri Baptist. The Cougars fell short in game one 1-0, as a result of a walk-off home run from the Spartans. Columbia dropped game two, 3-2. The Cougars move to 7-14 on the season and 2-2 in the American Midwest Conference (AMC).
