St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina won his fifth consecutive Gold Glove at catcher, as announced by Major League Baseball Tuesday night.
Molina had a .997 fielding percentage at catcher, committing just three errors in 136 games. He had six passed balls on the season and threw out 48 percent of potential base-stealers.
Molina has won the Gold Glove at the position every year going back to 2008, making him the sixth player to win five or more behind the plate.
