After leading much of the game, a late HR doomed Mizzou.Missouri scored in the first inning and later led 3-0, but ended up falling 5-3 against Southern Miss Saturday afternoon.
Brett Graves made his first start of the season and pitched well, going 5 innings and giving up just one run. He struck out 5 while walking just 1. Keaton Steele and Dane Opel both had RBI’s in the game as well.
Missouri led 3-2 headed into the 7th inning when Mason Robbins drilled a 3 run HR over the right field fence to give the Golden Eagles the final score of 5-3.
