Tiger Baseball and Softball Announce Cancellations

The Mizzou Baseball team is searching for it’s first win of the season.  Mother nature assured it will be a few more days before they get a chance to get  it.Mizzou was expected to take on the Northwestern Wildcats in a three game series this weekend at Taylor Stadium/Simmons Field.  Due to the nearly two feet of snow that fell in Columbia, Mizzou has announced the series with the Wildcats has been cancelled.

The series is not expected to be made up, although Mizzou is exploring other options for this weekend.

UPDATE (02/28/13 11:10am): Mizzou Softball, who was expected to take part in the All Missouri Cancer Awareness Classic in Cape Girardeau, MO, has announced the tournament has been cancelled for the weekend.  Once new arrangements have been made for Tiger Softball, KTGR and KTGR.com will have them.
