Royals Rally Past Blue Jays

It took all 27 outs for the Royals to avoid a sweep Sunday afternoon. Kansas City rallied to defeat Toronto 3-2 at Kauffman Stadium.

The Blue Jays led 1-0 and 2-1 in the game, but the Royals always found a way to even the score.

In the bottom of the 9th, Kansas City picked up the win on an Alex Gordon single, scoring Chris Getz. watch walk off hit here

Kelvin Herrera picked up the win as KC improved to to 7-5 on the year. They’ll have the day off before headed to Atlanta to take on the Braves in a 2 game series beginning Tuesday.
