The Colorado Rockies saw the St. Louis Cardinals dominate the first two games of the series, but took their turn Sunday with an 8-2 win.

Jorge De La Rosa no-hit the Cardinals through six-plus innings, and Colorado broke a 20-inning scoreless streak against St. Louis starting pitching with a three-run third. Troy Tulowitzki knocked a three-run home run off Jaime Garcia to give the Rox a lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Charlie Blackmon added a two-run homer in the sixth and Colorado added three more insurance tallies in the eighth.

St. Louis continues its 10-game homestand starting a four-game series against the New York Mets. Jeremy Hefner starts against Lance Lynn with coverage on ESPN 100.5 and 103.1 KTGR at 5:10 PM.
