Rock Bridge Coasts Past Jeff City

In a game that started close, the Rock Bridge Bruins pulled away early and never looked back.

Rock Bridge struggled to find a basket in the early minutes, but once the ball began to fall through the twine, the Bruins cruised to a 70-47 victory over the Jefferson City Jays.

The Bruins found themselves up 11 at halftime by a score of 33-22 after a strong 16 minutes of play by Nick Norton.  After a slow 3rd quarter by both teams, the Bruins salted away the game with a thunderous dunk by Ryan Kreklow and an impressive Alley-Oop from Norton to David Leitao.

Norton led all scorers with 25 points.  He was the only Bruin in double figures while Kreklow and Leitao had 8 points.

The Bruins improve to 11-7 on the season.
