After picking up their first SEC victory in school history, the Missouri Tigers now know when they’ll get to try for their second.
It won’t be easy for Missouri next week as they travel to Gainsville, FL to take on the Florida Gators. The Gators were sloppy with the ball, turning it over 6 times in a 17-9 loss at the hands of the Georgia Bulldogs. They still have a chance to win the SEC East, but will have to keep winning and hope UGA loses again to have a chance.
Things will kick off at 11am on ESPN or ESPN 2 for the Gators and the Tigers. This will be the second meeting all time between Florida and Missouri, with the Tigers winning the 1965 Sugar Bowl 20-18. That game featured future Heisman winner, and former Florida coach, Steve Spurrier (whose South Carolina Gamecocks defeated Missouri 31-10 earlier this year).
