The Missouri Tigers completed the Alabama two-step, sweeping Auburn on Friday and winning in four-sets against the Crimson Tide Sunday to move to 29-0.
The Tigers blocked Alabama 19 times, a season-high, with Whitney Little leading the team with 10. The Tigers and Tide split the first two sets, and Mizzou fell behind in the third, but a 7-0 run reversed momentum and swung momentum to the Black and Gold.
Missouri now faces another back-to-back road test with the return match against #5 Florida Friday, before a trip to South Carolina on Sunday. The Tigers defeated the Gators in four sets at the Hearnes Center earlier this season.
