Mizzou Remains Winless

Missouri’s offensive woes continued Friday night against Memphis.Mizzou managed just two hits in the game as they were shut out 6-0 by the Tigers from Memphis.

Tiger starter Rob Zastryzny went just five and a third innings, allowing 5 earned runs.  He walked one and struck out four in the game, throwing 86 pitches when he lifted for a relief pitcher in the 6th inning.

Mizzou had 2 hits in the game.  One came from Dane Opel late in the game, the other from Kendall Keaton.  Both were singles for the Tigers and were stranded.

Missouri looks to even the series this afternoon as they face Memphis in game two of their series beginning at 2pm.  Pregame begins at 1:45pm on your home for Mizzou Baseball, ESPN 100.5 and total sports station 103.1 KTGR.
