You’ll have to tailgate early for Mizzou Football’s first road game this season.Mizzou Athletics announced Friday that kickoff for the September 6th game at Toledo is set for 11:00 am Central. The game will be televised on either ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2, and you can hear every snap on KTGR.

Gary Pinkel will lead the Tigers into his old stomping grounds at the Glass Bowl… Pinkel is Toledo’s all-time winningest coach, with a 73-37-3 record as the head of the Rockets. Last season, Mizzou trumped Toledo running back David Fluellen in a 38-23 victory at Faurot Field.

The announcement means we now know the first three kickoff times for Mizzou’s 2014-15 season. The year opens with a 2:30 pm kickoff August 30th against South Dakota State at home on ESPNU. On September 13th, the Tigers host Central Florida in an 11:00 am kickoff at Faurot Field in Mizzou’s first football game on the SEC Network.

Of course, every play of Mizzou Football’s third season in the SEC will be heard on your home of the Tigers, ESPN 103.1 FM / 1580 AM KTGR!
