Mizzou Announces Arizona Basketball Series

The Missouri Tigers will add a BCS opponent to a future basketball schedule.

Mizzou Athletics announced Thursday they will meet the Arizona Wildcats beginning in the 2015-16 season in Tucson, and have a return engagement during the 2016-17 campaign.

Coach Frank Haith talked about the future Pac-12 opponent on Tiger Talk Monday night.

The teams have met twice previously, splitting the contests, with the Tigers winning in the first matchup in 1984 in Hawaii, and falling to the Wildcats in the Round of Eight in the 1994 NCAA Tournament.

Coach Haith also talked about the Illinois Braggin’ Rights Game which comes December 22nd.
